About Tallaght Deaf Club

A Deaf-led Social Club for the benefit of its users

Continuing a tradition since 1990

Tallaght Deaf Club was founded in February 1990 anhod was originally based in The Priory, Tallaght. The Club was setup during the Year of Disabilities and founded by John Doyle, Tim Grace to cater for the many Deaf families that were now springing up in the Tallaght / South Dublin County Region.

Today Tallaght Deaf Club also known as TDC has grown from strength to strength by its strong Deaf values and leadership. It provides a social community for its Deaf users of all variations and especially popular with Deaf families and children.

The Club organises many monthly events throughout the year and there is something for everyone at the Club to suit all ages no matter what age you are - we will definitely have something to suit.

Keep checking our website and calendar for all the latest updates happening at the Club. The Club does not have its own premises due to the nature of the Club but a number of events are held at Molloys Pub in Tallaght.
